(New) Meeting Schedule
*We have moved the Monday night meetings to Tuesday nights at 7pm.*
*Tuesdays* (at location): 7:00pm to 9:00pm
Wednesdays (at location): 11:00am to 1:00pm
Thursdays (online): 7:00pm to 9:00pm
All meetings start on time. We often end early if everyone is finished speaking, but we never end late. We take a ten minute break halfway through the meeting if necessary.

When an In-person Meeting is Cancelled
We meet every week of the year, including some holidays. However, when an in-person meeting falls on a major holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving, or when there is severe weather such as a winter storm or excessive heat warning, the meeting will take place online instead of at the location.
If we move a meeting online, we do our best to post that information on the home page of this website under “Announcements” and on our Facebook page. If you ever have a question about whether or not a meeting is cancelled, please contact us or call a facilitator.
Our group is not equipped to help someone in crisis.
