The New Jersey Self-Help Group Clearinghouse has information for every self-help group of any kind in New Jersey.  They also provide great training and resources to help people start and maintain self-help groups for free.  They helped us start New Beginnings.

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of New Jersey (DBSA NJ)

DBSA New Jersey is a state chapter of national DBSA and a networking organization of DBSA Support Groups in New Jersey.  These groups provide education, support, outreach and advocacy for people living with mood disorders in New Jersey.
