  • Happy Holidays!
  • Christmas and New Year’s Holiday Cancellations:  There will be no meetings on Wednesday, December 24th; Thursday, December 25th; Wednesday, December 31st; and Thursday, January 1st due to the Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
  • Next Men’s and Women’s Groups:  The next meetings of our separate men’s and women’s groups will be Monday, January 5, 2015.
  • Next Family and Friends Group:  The next meeting of our group for family and friends of those with a mood disorder will be Monday, January 5, 2015.
  • Next Young Adults’ Group:  The next meeting of our Young Adults’ Group (ages 19 to 35) will be Monday, January 12, 2015.
  • All other meetings will take place according to schedule.

A free peer support group for people with mood disorders and their supportive loved ones.

Those who attend our meetings live with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and related issues.

We share positive support in a safe, confidential environment.

All meetings start and end on time.

Meeting Times:

Monday and Thursday nights – 7:00pm to 8:50pm
Wednesdays – 11:00am to 12:50pm
